The climate on the Ligurian coast from La Spezia via Genoa, Alassio and Imperia to Nizza is one of the mildest in Italy because the sea alps and the Appenin block the cold northern winds.

Here, same as the eastern Riviera di Levante or in the foot hills from Portofino to Cinque Terre you will find unique possibilities for walks, biketourings or hiking

Casa Roggio:
The main building consists of four flats of different sizes. The Casa della Strega, situated close to our main building, is a detached two-story house. In the garden we provide our circus-wagon Pippistrello, equipped as apartment with all necessary facilities.
All flats come with separate balcony or terrace.
6 bathrooms, 11 sleeping rooms, additional 4 daybeds and the spacious garden make the big building a perfect place for group travels.
If required a big round-tent (geodesic dome) can be installed which provides 37 square meters for group meetings, seminars, lectures etc.
Seminars, courses or just holidays with a group - if you desire, we will pleased to cook for you. We offer mediterranean specialties, with or without fish or meat, individual buffets and set meals, special diets or 5-elements-cooking
In all our flats we decided against pets.
If requested we can provide you with bed-clothes, hand- and dish-towels.
